I rented a Trek aluminum road bike which worked very well. Armin and Gal were very accommodating, however, due to their schedule delivery was only at the end of the day on my first day of the rental, so other than riding back to my hotel in the dark I did not have the use of it on the first day of my rental period. Otherwise, my dealing with Rent-A-Bike-Israel was very good. Good, well maintained bike at a good price with pick up a bit of a problem, but return was a snap. Thanks, and I will use your service again in, hopefully, not the too distant future.

Great service from Tamar and Erez. The bike was great and they helped us a lot with info about cycling in Jerusalem.Highly recommended! Visited Jerusalem, Dead Sea.

Tamar and Erez are some of the most helpful people I have met through cycling. From the very beginning, I had a solo journey from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv in mind. Erez was able to send me some route options to help me with the planning, and Tamar was conscious of every detail in the equipment rental process. Both were exceptionally communicative and responsive throughout the process, and did their best to make sure my every need was taken care of. They prioritized my safety and my enjoyment in every bit of advice given, and the end result was an unforgettable trip, on a top-of-the-line bike that fit exactly like my own. Jerusalem to Tel Aviv through the Jerusalem Forest, Ramla, & Lod. The weather was bad on my day, but based on what I gathered from talking to others, it just so happened that the planned day of my trip was the worst weather Israel has had all year, so don't take that into account. I'm sure anyone else will have better luck than I did.

To recommend. Yes, I really needed a workout on a good bike, and feel so much better now. Excellent service, as I only needed the bike for 2 half days. The bike was dropped off to my hotel, as ordered., on time, and collected on time. The bike was a road bike in excellent condition, and the only thing I hadn't picked up was the Campagnolo gears, which I have never used. I would love to do a longer bike tour through parts of Israel suitable for cycling.

An amazing morning riding Jerusalem-Dead Sea-Jerusalem with amazing support from Erez and Tamar in the car. I have recommended it to all my cycling friends

Simply Fantastic. What a superb way to spend a day. We could not have asked for better guides and support, for our ride from Jerusalem to the Dead Sea and back. Erez and Tamar were outstanding. The pick ups and drop offs were punctual and on time. The bikes we used were great and in good condition. Erez is a great riding companion and Tamar was great support in the vehicle. There was ample water, gels, bars to see us through our desert ride. The descent was fast and furious, and after a quick selfie at the Dead Sea, we turned and headed back to Jerusalem, really bucket list stuff. The climb back was 35km or so but with plnty of water and the support vehicle on hand we could not help but love what we were doing. I can honestly say that this was one of my best days on a bicycle, my freinds and I have ridden the Alps, the Pyrenees, we have ridden in Spain and in South Africa, but this was really really special. I can not recommend these guys enough. I know I will be riding with them again soon. visited: Jerusalem to the Dead Sea

What an amazing day, a truly awesome cycling experience. Tamar and Erez were spectacular and our cycle from Jerusalem to the dead Sea and back was outstanding. Efficient collection and drop off, Great bikes in great condition, safety conscious and knowledgeable about not only the ride but the surrounding area, flora and fauna too. The descent to the dead sea was fast and furious but we were accompanied all the way by the safety vehicle, the return steep climb, 35km through the desert was incredible. Water, gels and refreshments were always on hand and at the end of the day fantastic hospitality included cool watermelon and great coffee. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys and the experience they offer. cannot wait for next visit to Israel so we can ride with them again.

Absolutely to recommend! I can't express how great an experience it was to be led across the entire state of Israel yesterday. It was a day of cycling I will never forget. Erez and Tamar set me up with a great bike, took me on a great route, and looked after my safety and hydration so well on what turned out to be a very hot (44C) day. Israel is quite an experience to cross by bike. Riding past and through all these towns I heard the names of at Hebrew school a thousand years ago, or at Passover, or the High Holidays each Fall is like having an out-of-body experience. They don’t seem real (Jericho, for instance) until you see them up close. But now that I have, I got to see Israel only the way cyclists can see it. Bravo! We stopped to eat fresh figs and real licorice, right off the trees by the side of the road...where else can you do that? Visited: Tel Aviv, The Territories (only visually...we did not enter them), Jerusalem, Mt. Scopus, Jericho, The Dead Sea, and more.

Very friendly, professional and effective handling by Tamar and Erez. All worked out perfectly. The bike had a great and high end frame (BMC Carbon), though the mix of rather old shimano and campagnolo parts was slightly odd. However, all good and a great experience which I would highly recommend. Sport trip to Israel (Modi'In-Jerusalem)

Definitely, to recommend! Tamar and Erez are very friendly and efficient. Professional service, pickup and dropoff right on time and space anywhere in Tel Aviv. They are very responsive and work hard to make it all work. You'll be taken care of insiders of the local (actually national) bike racing community! Explored Tel Aviv, region 50 km to the north. I went out twice. Firstly, 100 km training in the midday heat on 6-lane highways north of Tel Aviv, to Cesarea and back, good sailing on smooth surfaces but lots of traffic. Secondly, 2 hrs at dawn on the 1.8 km loop inside the popular park in the north of the city. Lots of other cyclists, fun interval training.
