If you fill out a reservation form on the website, you will be prompted for your name, telephone number and email address. We use this information to complete your online reservation request and send the reservation information to the bike rental. The information you provide in your request will be stored as long as is needed to complete the reservation request: it will be removed at the latest 7 days after the date that you will have been renting the bicycles according to your request.

Reviews
You can receive an invitation to write a review. By completing a review you agree to the fact that the assessment may be shown on the relevant pages on our website and in our social media accounts.

In some occasions we may get in touch with you via email, telephone or SMS. There are a few reasons for this: It may be that we need to respond to requests you’ve made.
