Great and well-priced bikes with all the needed equipment (helmet, rack, lock, emergency bike repair kit) and amazing service (they delivered my bike to my hotel outside San Sebastian where I was staying). I did the bike ride on my own for parts of the Camino de Santiago from Mutriku to Bilbao. However, I would highly recommend to take their tours instead, especially as Oskar who runs the company knows all the good restos in the area.

it was very beautiful. The bicycle trails we're interesting. A group of 8 of us from the United States rented hardtail bicycles from BizkaiRoutes for 8 days of bikepacking in the Basque country. Since we were often on trails many miles from any road, we depended on the reliability of the bicycles. They didn't let us down: there were no significant mechanical problems. (Beware that inner tubes don't always hold air after encountering Basque thorns!). Iker and BizkaiRoutes provided exactly the equipment promised with excellent service even though we had many difficult require requirements. Prices were reasonable and it was a pleasure working with them. Basque country.

Overall a completely successful trip. We were provided with very high quality bicycles and the service was incredible despite the challenges inherent in organizing a trip for Spain from the US. We didn't take them up on the guide portion of their services, but probably should have to know the best routes (or at least had them look at our plans). 100% recommended, definitely consider their guide service too
