Every time I need a bike, like on this trip, Tartan Bike is my fist choise. Cycling route from Edinburgh to Perth, Dundee, St. Andrews, Crail, Burntisland,and Edinburgh. This way is good by B&B. Little Highland, a little middle land and good lowlands. The E-bike makes it comfortable.

I Would recommend to make a 3 day stop at Crail in Marine Guest House. (Room 11 has a garden to the coast).
