Service at the shop was very friendly during pickup and return, bikes were in OK condition considering that they normally would have been replaced by new ones if those would be available from the suppliers.
Go4Bikes was advertising the E-MTB at 40 SFR per day, but at the shops all signs were indicating 50 SFR per day. I can't say if this was the fault of Go4Bikes or Belotti Sport.

Very friendly staff, helpful and very good rates. Good quality Mountain bikes for what we needed. Cycled Locarno, Golino and back. Beautiful area

My mountain bike was very good, but the city bike was less solid. The front fork was wobbly. The staff was very friendly but a spare tyre and an Allen key is always handy to have. I usually get those when renting a bike.
I went to Ascona, Locarno and Bellinzona.

The hire went very smoothly and the staff were exceptionally helpful. As the shop was closed on Sunday, we were able to leave the bikes at our hotel and they collected them for us on Monday. The quality of the bikes was very good too - well serviced and perfect to tour around the area. We visited the area between Locarno and Ascona. The location is very beautiful and the atmosphere very relaxed. We visited the Ascona Jazz Festival which was a real treat.

Everything was perfect - the staff of Belotti Sport, the service (on our tour we had a breakdown - we got immediately help from the store) and also the bikes. We would recommend it. It was fun! We visited Locarno, Losone, Tenero and area. The weather was good.
