The company could not have been more caring. I rented an e-bike, a sturdy Swiss one. (They are all heavy). When I was in the shop to pick it up a couple from Denmark came in to book again having rented with the company last year. I was able to ride the bike one way and for a smallish fee have the bike taken back to Passau. Easy peasy!

Excellent service - helpful manager - well maintained bikes. When we returned the bikes a couple of days early (from a planned three week trip), we were given a refund for the unused days.
